How do I update my saved payment information

We need to keep your credit or debit card on file so we can charge the remaining balance of your booking if you have only paid a deposit.

We securely store your card information with our industry-leading payments provider, Stripe. When you enter your card details, they are being sent directly to Stripe, we don't see any of the details ourselves.

To update the saved card details:


  1. Login to the Off The Beaten Track website

  2. Go to the dashboard (click on your name at the top right of the screen

  3. Click on the 'Edit Details' button on the right of the screen

  4. Click on the 'Update my Card Details' button on the left hand side

  5. Follow the instructions on screen to update your details



If you want to remove your current card details and no replace the card with another one, you will need to contact our support team.
