This beautifully maintained homestead is situated on 20 acres of farm and native bush. Guest suites are comfortable and spotless, with lovely sea, farm or bush views. Gourmet homemade breakfast is provided daily. Guests have the use of large lounge areas, conservatory, and several outdoor terraces to enjoy the peace and beautiful views over green spaces or bush and native birds. Guests can visit the organic vegetable gardens and orchard as well or take fabulous walks to beaches and coastal walkways. Golf and Waipu Caves a short drive away.
About your host, Lisa
The Uphofs met in Spain, married in Italy and after many years living and working in Europe, having being involved in the superyacht industry, they chose to return to New Zealand and find a place to call home. The beaches, weather, scenery, peace and small friendly community of Waipu captured their interest in 2005 and after a long search for the perfect home for their family, they have settled here.

This is a spacious upstairs suite (1st floor) that enjoys views of the sea, coastline and farmland. There is a comfortable sitting area and private balcony, a perfect place to read or relax, overlooking farmland and across the Bream Bay coast. Situated on the north east side of the Homestead it is light, warm and sunny. Kingfisher birds are often spotted sitting on the fence outside of this suite.
