About your host, Fiona
Hi, I’m Fiona who takes care of the bookings for the farmstay cabin on Rua Horehore. My parents and owners of the farm are Dave and Jackie who have been in Waihi for 30 years. A little project for them to share their little slice of paradise, friendly and happy to help with any request big or small.

Our repurposed cabin is located 8 mins out of Waihi on a 10 HA lifestyle block.
2 rooms on a fully fenced deck, 1 with a queen bed, the other with 3 bunks sleeping 7. Think DOC hut style but cosy and clean. The toilet is a short walk away.
Kitchen, bathroom & washing machine is situated 100m from the cabin in a utility shed.
Take a walk through our native bush, pet friendly sheep, admire the old woolshed and farming memorabilia and spot the eels in the river.
