Since 2016, Hayley and Richard have been proud caretakers of Mackford Sheep and Beef Farm and are now part owners. Richard, a lifelong farmer, grew up on the land, while Hayley embraced the farming lifestyle after they met. Together, they homeschool their three young children and are passionate about raising them close to nature - caring for animals, exploring the outdoors, and fishing the beautiful Mokau River. Their love for the land and genuine Kiwi hospitality shines through in every part of your stay.
