Our modern artsy Eco-house is themed around heritage NZ domestic life and copper yet has state-of-the-art designer features. Nestled on 7 private acres and commanding a stunning view across beautiful Seaton Valley to the sea and mountains beyond, the house has an ultra-modern kitchen, an open-plan lounge/dining area, quality furniture (including great beds), local/NZ art and French doors opening onto decks and SPACE.
With tame sheep and chickens plus paddocks to roam, this is a nature/country fix whilst world-famous wineries, the renowned Māpua Wharf, beaches and cycleways are right on the doorstep.

Full kitchen - a "chef's delight" as one visitor extolled. All you would expect from a modern, well-equipped kitchen. BBQ too. However, Nelson's best restaurants are just a 4 minute drive away on the Mapua Wharf.

Copper Gate features preservative-free Douglas Fir, low VOCs, wool insulation from our sheep, passive solar design, smart appliances and it is powered by Nelson's brilliant sun through grid-tied solar generation photovoltaics.

Set in cycling heaven amongst quiet country roads winding through olive groves and vineyards, The Paris Suite has ample room for cycles – you could use our standard bikes. Tasman’s Great Taste Trail is right here. Catch the cycle ferry to Rabbit Island.
