How do deposits work if I am using a Gift Voucher?
If you want to pay for your booking using a gift voucher, then the amount you pay from the gift voucher goes toward the whole cost of the booking, not just the deposit.
For example, if the booking total is $250.00, the normal deposit would be $25.00. If you had a gift voucher for $100.00, then this would cover both the deposit and some of the balance.
In this case, we will request your credit card details, and then the remaining $150.00 will be charged automatically to your credit card 14 days before the start of your trip.
If the gift card does not cover the deposit amount, then we will collect the rest of the deposit amount immediately on your credit card and then collect the rest automatically from your credit card 14 days before the start of your booking.
