If you are making a booking that is more than 14 days prior to your stay, a deposit of 10% will be charged at the time of booking. We accept credit card or gift voucher for this payment.
If you are making a booking that is less than 14 days prior to your stay, the full total of accommodation will be charged. We accept credit card, gift voucher, or a combination of both for this payment
We securely store your card details through Stripe. Payments are captured automatically through our payment provider at the time of booking and 14 days prior.
If we are unable to capture payment from your credit card, our payment provider will make 2 further attempts on the consectutive days. If we are unable to capture payment after 3 attempts, the booking will be cancelled.
