1. Eligibility
-This offer is strictly available to new property owners or managers who have never previously listed any property on Off the Beaten Track.
-Duplicate accounts or re-listings of previously removed or inactive properties are not eligible.
2. Property Requirements
-The property must be located in New Zealand and fall under one of the following categories: rural, coastal, or city stays.
-The property must meet all Off the Beaten Track quality standards, including accurate listing information, high-quality imagery, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Off the Beaten Track Ltd reserves the sole right to approve or decline listings based on suitability and platform standards.
3. Offer Scope
-The commission-free benefit applies only to the first confirmed, completed booking made through Off the Beaten Track after the property is published.
-The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
-The booking must be completed in full. Cancellations or no shows are excluded.
4. Timeframe
-This offer is valid only for properties listed between April 2025 – April 2026.
-Bookings must be received and completed within 6 months of the listing going live to qualify for the commission free benefit.
5. Limitations
-Only one property per account may qualify for the commission free offer.
-This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotional code.
-Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the offer may result in the cancellation of the benefit and/or removal from the platform.
6. Right to Modify
Off the Beaten Track reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
