Change property name and tell property owner name has been changed and why. Give properties and OTBT flavour and to be able to measure our marketing efforts.
Transfer any reviews which will be sitting under "Private Note" - transfer them to reviews and hit save. Then go back in and hit approve.

Check we have bank account
Check they have profile pic and image
Check map is working
Check all images - including right way up and that a default image is set
Check all pricing is added correctly
Ask if they have any cleaning fees
Ask if they have any special offers they would like to do
Ask if they want any add ons. Only admin can add images to add ons.
Make sure their have a host pic and host bio
Tell property owner that their listing is now live.
Dispatch by mail 2 x corflute signs and a welcome letter.
